No press 1 press 2 listen to everything because our menues have changed, no listening to a bunch of "did you know that..." advertising... They just pick up the phone (2nd ring), say hello, and politly ask how they can help. What a pleasant surprise! Next, they were able to meet all my insurance needs for builders risk insurance, auto, motorcycle, and renters insurance. Everything in one easy phone call, no 5-minute pre-recorded lawyers disclaimers, no authorization codes texted to my phone, no hidden fees or layered sneaky charges. Just good clean business.
