I was with Dianne Crowl Farmers insurance company for 3 years and paying double what I should have been. She knew about a discounted plan but never mentioned it in 3 years. Greedy insurance agent. Just wanted to support local but paid hundreds extra. Literally 121 a month down to 65 a month with progressive. Same policy. Stay clear of this agency folks
I have been a customer with Diane and Farmers for many years. Anytime I ever call, Diane and Mary Ann have always been very helpful. Have always had the best dealings with Diane! If I need anything she is right on the ball to do it and at the best rate. Other company's send me quotes on how cheep my insurance would be if I switch, LOL, they are almost twice what I pay! GO HERE!!
Dianne is great at her job. I have known her for over 20 years. She does her absolute best to find the lowest rates possible.
