Attempted to call several times and leave messages for a call back regarding an issue with my FSA. Unable to verify if call back was even attempted as no VM was left and there is not a verified number that calls you back , all numbers that called my phone after my calls to TerrillFlex were marked as unknown and flagged as spam.

I have been waiting months for an FSA reimbursement and every contact there is a new excuse. When I noticed a hold on my account 3 weeks into this process I was told it wasn’t on hold and I’d get payment on the next check run. A month later, it was on hold the whole time but don’t worry- they fixed it. Then ghosted by the account admin until I did multiple follow ups, followed by multiple “this week” emails. I am also locked out of my account(even after they reset it) to even check the status myself. Edit: Even after escalating this, I have received multiple contradicting emails of when I will receive my reimbursement. This week? Next week?

We have been very pleased with the service that we have received. The products they've recommended are performing well. Everyone that I have dealt with has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely THE best broker hands down. I have never worked with a better group of professionals.

Horrible customer service. Good luck getting anyone to answer a call or respond to an email.
