I called for a quote and got one by the end of the day. It stated we do not want your business because you are not Vero Beach standers. WE QUOTE YOU 3,000 FOR A 6 MONTH POLICY WITH NO COLLISION JUST COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE! I hope you have a nice day! Wow they are the best company ever PLEASE DONT ever ever call this company because it would be a HUGE waste of time thank you goodbye!

Worse insurance agency EVER. I had a metal roof, and accordian shutters installed on house. Got the wind mitigation report, sent it to them, and told them I wanted better insurance than what they got me. They were totally unresponsive. I called, emailed, nothing. I found another agency that got me better home insurance at less than half of what they got me, with better coverage. What are they doing over there, anyway? Oh yeah, data mining customers. Don't waste your time.

Incompetent and unresponsive. Be prepared to pay insurance on things you don’t own.

Horrible customer service Good thing there are thousands of insurance agents out there,just like real estate agents.
