I have been with Ackerman Insurance for 25 plus years. They are very helpful and review my account every year. I have 2 boys who are 19 and 25. They have helped me continue to get reasonable rates even though my youngest son had 2 accidents in a year. I had been working with Greg Campbell the last few years and he is excellent. Recently Jennifer has taken over my account and there was not drop in service and attention to detail. She is also excellent. Their excellence in service, attention to delay, willingness to give several options to maximize my dollar without compromising coverage has kept my business throughout the years.

Working with Ackerman Insurance Services has been a wonderful experience!  I cannot say enough kind things about Jennifer Rainha.  She is always prompt in her responses and always explains everything really well.  She walked me through all the steps of setting up my auto and home insurance, and she was great at answering all of my questions.  Jennifer worked to get me the best policy rates possible too.  She'll do everything she can to help you, and she always does it with a smile!  If you're looking for an insurance agency in Florida, I would definitely recommend them, and I would specifically recommend Jennifer!

Ackerman Insurance Services is by far the best homeowners insurance policy I have gotten. I have worked with them for over a year now and in all honesty it's been the best experience. They work well with you and are not pushy at all. Greg Cambell was my agent and he was most definitely helpful in every way. He established great customer service skills and was super professional. He still goes out his way and contacts me to see if everything is going well and to see if I have any questions for him regarding my auto insurance. I definitely don't come across people like Mr. Campbell on a daily basis. For an individual to still keep in contact making sure everything is going well means a lot. I absolutely love working with Ackerman Insurance services! They are very friendly and easy to deal with. When our policy was up for renewal if I had any questions, I would just pick up the phone and there would be a person on the other end ready and willing to help me. Also, during our renewal, Caitlyn Beach, reviewed a policy we had with another company and noticed we were missing coverage. She then presented us with different solutions to correct this and even had it fixed within the day! She was absolutely amazing, thoughtful and extremely helpful.
