I have had to deal with GEICO and progressive. They are absolutely terrible with trying to get to speak with a live representative your company especially Jackie is the complete opposite. She’s always there. She’s always answering the phone and she always deals with the problems and comes up with the answers. She is a wonderful employee and she’s made it a pleasure to deal with State Farm. That’s why I switched all my Auto policies to your company.

Jackie Valdez is the reason I am with State Farm insurance. She’s a wonderful representative of State Farm. She’s very helpful and easy to talk to. I’m 78 years old. It’s hard for me to understand why people say on the phone but with her I had no problems I will always have car insurance with her thank you, Jackie and thank you State Farm.
