Mark Taragowski: Allstate Insurance

I found this agency on a search for lower auto insurance...they got right back to me, found me new policies-auto and renters! I am now saving over $200 a MONTH without any reduction of coverage...all of the agents and office staff are wonderful to work with...HIGHLY recommend this agency and Allstate...

Mark really went above and beyond when he helped me with my boat insurance. He really made me feel like he had my best interests at heart. He provided me with a great policy at an exceptional price, but also gave me great advice on other services that I’ll need to have a good boating experience. I highly recommend Mark.

Mark and his team have zero follow up after the sale service. I had to make. Policy change and they did not call me back so I called Allstate directly to make the change. I had questions why the changes were so drastic of a cost but couldn’t get a hold of anyone- text, email, or phone. Cancelled and went elsewhere. Still trying to cancel a second policy and get get the team or even customer service at the Homeowners Company.

While Mark has my homeowners policy, I emailed him Wednesday with three cars I’d like to bundle under that now. VIN’s were provided with screenshots and pictures. I gave him other details about the vehicles and as of end of business Friday, a day and a half later, I haven’t heard back - not with an acknowledgement, let alone a quote.

Mark and his team have always made insurance easy. They are responsive and professional. They always get back quickly with reasonable responses to my inquiries.
