DLS Insurance is fantastic! All the staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They are always there for you. It’s not just a one and done. I just went on Medicare last year and had many questions that Cathy answered and put me in a wonderful Advantage plan that is awesome. It has saved me a lot of money and I’ve had absolutely no problems with it. She knew just the right plan for me and I’m so glad I didn’t go elsewhere because there’s a lot of agents to choose from and DLS is by far the best!

We went into DLS insurance, knowing absolutely nothing about Medicare. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and was able to set us up with the best insurance to meet our medical needs. He is always available if we have a question and he answers them very thoroughly. What surprised us, was that he keeps reviewing what we have to see if there’s anything better out there! We have been clients for 2 1/2 years and have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. We have sent many people to them. I give them 5+ stars.

During the course of my career in private practice as a psychotherapist, I made many referrals to DLS Insurance to assist my clients with transitioning to Medicare or for those that wanted to participate in the Affordable Care Act Insurance. I had wonderful experiences with these referrals and had many clients express positive outcomes. I personally began using DLS when I was preparing to retire in 2021 and they provided sound advice to me in determining how to provide insurance to me and my family in retirement. I found DLS to be very helpful in navigating the path to a Medicare health plan which can be daunting to say the least. Although I had decided on an insurance option, he gave me the best recommendations and my choice was on the list. After getting on Medicare part C I had occasional questions and Bill answered them as well as dealing with a few problems that came up along the way. I also got email alerts about benefits I wouldn't have known about such as a program that gave me 70$ a month of free health merchandise with which I acquired many useful items I would have had to buy. I would definitely recommend DLS for anyone trying to navigate the path to Medicare Part C and dealing with problems and questions once you got there.
