Mark Oubre - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve had State Farm insurance with Mark Oubre except for a brief period for a little over 20 years. He and his staff are very nice, polite and helpful and I’ve never had a problem with any of them. They are patient and answer any questions I have without making me feel rushed. I plan to stay with them for as long as I’m able to. I would definitely recommend them for insurance needs.

Mark and his staff have taken care of my family's insurance needs since we moved to Texarkana 20 years ago. They have taken care of auto/home/and life insurance for us. What truly sets them apart is the incredible service they provide. As our needs have changed over the years, they made sure we were well protected in case we ever needed to file a claim. When we have had to file, Mark and his staff have answered any questions and gone out of their way to make a bad situation easy and stress free. They truly are a wonderful insurance team, but they are even better people, who care about their clients and community.

Extremely professional office. We have had an insurance policy with them for about 5 years now. I went in the other day which was spare of the moment. I was welcomed with open arms by Mrs Martha who is an extraordinary human being. She answered all of my questions and even assisted me with a decision that made my life ten times easier. I have also worked with Mrs Leah. She returns my calls promptly and emails me with almost anything I request. Great team work at this office.
