I have been insured with Jake Hambleton State Farm for the last 14 years and they have always provided me with wonderful service. The staff is so kind and helpful. You can tell Jake really wants to do what's best for his customers and he truly cares. Moving from Texarkana to Austin I have kept all my policies with them and I continue to receive superb customer service. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

My rear differential went out on my truck and I didn’t have the information that I needed for towing service etc. I called the office and Brittany and Renee walked me through every step! They were fast, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way even keeping me calm! I really appreciate you both! The roadside assistance center and the towing company were very fast and friendly as well!! BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!

Brittany in the office is knowledgeable and quick on everything, always finds easy ways to explain things to me when I have questions about policies. Anytime I need anything related to my Insurance on house or vehicles, State Farm is quick to respond. They have the nicest staff and my favorite is Mrs. Mauk.
