My friend got in an accident and had one of those internet insurance companies. The accident wasn't to bad, but watching him try to work things out with his insurance company was a mess. It took forever and they didn't take care of him. It made me think about my insurance needs and if that had happened to me I would want to be treated much better. So I asked some other friends and they highly recommended Mark and Brianna. They are so easy to work with, care about me and check in with me to make sure all of my insurance needs are met. Check them out for yourself, you'll see.

I called this place on 11/26/18 looking for an affordable insurance rate, the gal who picked up was pretty friendly however I'm quite disappointed with their service. I was told they would call me back within 48 hours with information and it was already Friday and still had no heard back from them. I called and was told they had been slammed and they will for sure call me back later that day. It is now the following Monday as I'm writing this review and I still haven't gotten a call back. No longer interested and thanks for wasting my time.

Pleasant to work with but don't expect them to get back to you on anything unless you bug them.
