Mario Valais: Allstate Insurance

I am a new customer (as of 2024). The office staff made switching to Allstate Auto and Home insurance very easy. All of my questions since then have been handled in a way that indicated the staff 's willingness to provide assistance.

Mario has been my agent for over 10 years. He always takes my personal calls. He has saved me thousands of dollars on insurance compared to all the big name online companies he works magic and beats them every time. One of the nicest guys also. I'm grateful to have a person you can physically call to answer any of your questions regarding any type of insurance. I wish there were more people like him out there, he is a great insurance agent.

Buyers Be Ware!!!! Mario Valais is the WORST INSURANCE AGENT!!!!!! I asked him to cancel my home owner insurance on the 23rd of March. He didn't!!!! I checked my account and it is over drawn the amount of my payment and over draft fee. I spoke to a Michelle and she was Very Nice to me and under stood how I was feeling. Mario on the other hand was very Rude and Nasty!!!!!! He was saying it was my fault that the payment went through and I received a fee from the bank. I did all that he asked me to do by having my new insurance company fax over the papers. Mind you It's not by LAW that I had to do that but just to help him I had it done. He still allowed the payment to go through!!! I will Never tell anyone to get insurance from Allstate because of Mario!!!! Thank you Michelle for being s

If you want to be charged for cancellation or mistakes done by the agent you can call them. If you want my advice look for other insurance
