I got my first Allstate vehicle insurance on my 18th birthday when I outgrew my parents’ policy. In the 60+ intervening years I’ve outlasted a number of agencies which closed or merged or the agent retired. None have compared in professionalism and friendly customer service to the Beris agency. This month my car insurance premium was automatically paid. I was unable to get my renewal insurance card from the app nor email as I haven’t a printer. A medical issue prevented me from going to the agency. I advised the Beris Agency which graciously offered to mail hard copies of the ID card to my home. As the expiration date on my current ID was imminent the Beris Agency surprised me by hand delivering the paperwork to my front door. Clearly service which is above and beyond my previous Allsta
