I had been a client of this agency since 1988, first for our dump truck policy then adding our homeowners insurance in 2001 until this past July when the insurance company issued a non-renewal letter. The reason was because we made two insurance claims for water damage in a one year period. None of the staff at this agency ever intimated to me that creating such claims could cause such negative adverse consequence. Not only was I not going to be renewed, but finding insurance for my home was nearly impossible, because of my claims history. Some of the water damage created by the leaking pipe on an exterior wall, was not even revealed by the insurance adjuster that came out to inspect the property. Use to be insured through them a few months ago, I got into a bad accident under their insurance and it was determined that it was not my fault. Long story short they paid to fix my vehicle until the other drivers insurance reimbursed them but in order to pick up my car I had to pay my own deductible for an accident I did not cause. This was back in July and I was told I would be reimbursed via my checking account then that turned into they would be sending me a check. Still haven’t received my money back for a accident I never even caused. Not to mention the shop who they referred me to did a terrible job repairing my car which I just walked off the lot with 3 weeks before the accident. My car now runs loud and noisy plus I’m out of 500$ STILL.

Very community oriented place. Insurance is usually not on the "OH BOY!" list of things to do, but in my need, I have to say it was pretty painless. Loved doing business with DJ Saraceno, he was incredibly knowledgable, approachable, and helpful. You need insurance, this is the place.
