After 15 years with zero claims, I expected even a baseline level of professionalism when both of my vehicles were broken into and left undrivable. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness, incompetence, and a complete disregard for my loyalty as a customer. Maria managed to turn an already stressful situation into something significantly worse. I’ve moved to Progressive, and I strongly advise others to avoid repeating my mistake of trusting her with anything.

I had a question and it was resolved within hours. Lucas has tremendous follow through and he is very knowledgeable. The agency is very good and continually tries to ensure that the customer gets all the discounts that are available. If you’re not using them, you should at least give them a call and see what they can do for you. I think you will be very happy.

They are on top of their game keeping me informed of updates that could influence my decision on coverage whether it be my apartment or a vehicle.
