Maria is the worst unprofessional person I have dealt with. Be aware she makes changes to your policy without your consent. She added a driver to my policy when I asked her why she removed him and also removed a car that was already paid in full for six month. She added back to my account and send me another bill. She ignore our calls and message

Maria is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. How she even has this job is beyond me. She doesn't answer calls, emails or even calls on her personal cell phone. Not even sure if shes real anymore it's so hard to actually talk to her. She's the only person standing in between my girlfriend and I getting the keys to our new apartment (due to us needing renters insurance) and she's just been giving us the run around for WEEKS! "oh I'll send that over" "oh I'll have that to you tomorrow." Well today's move in day we're sitting in Loveland from Denver with a truck full of stuff and "she's working on it" well we've been here for 3 hours. It's taken multiple calls all day to even speak to her and we've made no progress. It's literally an email away but apparently that takes over 2 week

Can’t believe I chose her as my agent. Our previous agent retired, so in a rush, I chose the closest one to me. Should have looked at her reviews first. It would have saved us hassle and money. How is she even running a business when she can’t return phone calls, doesn’t get back to clients when she says she will, AND caused our bill to DOUBLE because of her incompetencies. Save yourself the headache and pick a different agent. There are plenty listed on Google with fantastic reviews.
