Fred Loya Insurance

Don’t waste your time at ANY location. I’d give Fred Loya as a corporation 0 stars if I could. They don’t give you a current/active insurance card until well into the month so if you get pulled over be prepared to get a “no insurance” ticket. They change your rate constantly then have every bullshit excuse under the sun for why they’re randomly changing it then offer no assistance within fixing the problem and tell you it’s your fault. Run. Cancel your service with them immediately. Use The General or something if price was a problem or I promise you, you’ll regret it everyday. I’m canceling service with them for the 2nd time because they’re absolute garbage.

Got in an accident three weeks ago and still no action being taken to repair my car. They don't even send anybody out to estimate the damage. It's done on an app with photos. Their estimate comes in ridiculously low and they have stipulations about supplimental estimates having to be submitted within 48 hours of a collision shop seeing your vehicle or they will not approve. Like I'm supposed to expect a busy shop to prioritize my vehicle above everyone else. They lie and say your estimate and check has been mailed out, when in fact it hasn't and I'm having trouble finding any reputable repair shop that will accept this insurance because they do not send the checks for repairs made. I can't wait till this is over so that I can switch insurance companies. I just know I'm going to end up

These girls helped me find a cheap plan for full coverage when my previous company raised my rates. They are very welcoming and warm I highly recommend them.

Horrible. They call one day to say they're going to get your payment. Then the next wk you find out you dont hv the insurance they said was being taken out... Then you call 2 days straight with no answer and then get in an accident and it cost a lil bundle out the savings and vacation fund. So not happy .

Whoever answers the phone at this location is just Awful! Rude for no reason! Terrible customer service! 0 stars..
