Marcella Tigner - State Farm Insurance Agent

My sister recently had a house fire in Angleton, her homeowner's for many years is through this agency. She immediately opened a claim by phone while the fire dept. was there. She also called her local agency to let them know. No one from State Farm contacted her over the next few days. My sister kept calling Tigner's office only to learn that Marcella was gone indefinitely. Someone named 'Ludene' kept insisting to my sister that she could do nothing. I wouldn't accept this and called Franklin State Farm, my agent in Lake Jackson for my homeowner's. Carla there repeated that the local agencies didn't handle a major fire like this.
