Farmers Insurance - Bryan Douget

Actually have had only one significant claim in 25 years, that was Beryl. Excellent process. Adjuster came out within 2 days. Was repaired quickly, very satisfied with claim process and payout.

Highly recommend this agency. They helped us navigate repairs from the last hurricane and they helped us find coverage for coastal properties. They are always helpful when you call with questions or need help with billing. Friendly and knowledgeable for sure.

They are usually very helpful but they haven't been the last few calls. I asked for a quote and the lady disconnected. She called me back saying it was a connection issue. I told her if she could give me a new quote on a newer car. They took all my info. I was told I would get a call back. Its been a week and a half. I doubt I will get a call back. Just disappointed. Edit: Called again and the lady that answered was pleasant. Answered all my questions and was patient.

I love my farmers insurance. Courtenay and the entire staff is awesome, friendly, and very professional. Did I mention they have great prices? I was a USAA member for 7 years and my rates kept increasing and when I called them, it was a challenge just to talk to a real human over the phone. Forget those 40 minute wait times, when I came back home to Texas I called around to obtain quotes for our new home insurance, windstorm, flood, and auto. Courtenay far outdid all competitors and was just so nice. I love our hometown insurance and couldn't see our family being insured by anyone else. Hands off to Bryan for putting together a fabulous team that is dedicated to their customers.

We had always been pleased with our service and insurance prices. But we were unhappy when we were told that the house needed a new roof, and insurance would not be renewed without this. The roof was about 5 years old. Some limbs were stuck up on top, due to wind. So we got on the roof and swept off the limbs. Then we were told that everything was fine.
