I have been a customer at Marc Plamondon State Farm on Main Street for more years that I would want to count. I have always gotten good service and when there were various issues over the years, they were always sorted out. A couple of months ago I had my first car accident, in probably 10 years or more. It was addressed quickly and with concern. When it was turned over to the main office for Claims, I did not know what to expect. It was exceptional from beginning to end. The woman who did the claim brought up some points about the accident, that I had not thought of. Before the claim was even resolved, I had a check in 7 days for the exact amount of the estimate.
