Larissa made getting our policy updated easy. She supplied a ton of information and suggestions. And even put up with my husband's rattling on. Her knowledge and personality made this an easy transition.

Working with Melysa was a pleasure. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Of all the people I emailed or texted, they actually took the time to mail me a quote with their magnet. Sometimes looking at numbers and comparing makes the world of a difference. Small office, nice people.

Not a customer of this office for 1 reason, Melyssa (took spelling from another review) she is rude, and condescending. My business was hers to lose today and she did exactly that. I am looking elsewhere because she blew me off for nearly 4 hours, and then was extremely rude on the phone. I am not going to be talked down to by some lazy person who thinks they don't have to care or try just because I requested insurance. I was looking for Renters, Auto, and life policies and have since taken my business elsewhere. She needs to be re-educated on how to interact with customers and how to promptly respond.
