Just got shocked by my current insurance with updated prices this year. So I stopped down here and talked to Fawn Rae, great person! She spent the time with me on my home owners insurance, car and umbrella policies. What was great about working with Fawn was she asked pertinent questions I did not even think about which gave me the best coverage and other questions that gave me discounts. Once we were done I know I got the best coverage, the correct coverage limits for my case and a really great price! Fawn did NOT bloat the policy, nice. We had been with another big name insurance company for over 10 years and with every increase in rates, we got less coverage, and less service. So glad we made the switch a few years ago to Marc and Allstate. We couldn't be happier. Customer Service is excellent, especially Fawn. Happy customer=more business. I feel so confident knowing my car and home are insured through them. No matter what happens, they quickly handle it. The rates are great compared to others. I feel I am getting my money's worth with them.
