AAA Northfield

I have been a member for over 30 years. I have used it only a handful of times but always kept it because when it was needed, I could rely on help... Until today. My car became stuck on the snow and ice. I could not get it free. Called AAA and was denied. Was told they don't do that. I said it is right on your website. She put me on hold and said that is only if you get stuck in a ditch. I pointed her to the sentence "Pulling a car that is stuck in mud or ice is another story and AAA brings help to you 24/7". I was still denied. I wrote to corporate and said I was denied because it wasn't safe because of the ice. I hired a tow truck, with my own money, and he pulled me out in less than 10 minutes. Went here to get IDP. Diane and tiffany were very nice and helpful. They helped me with what I need. Took about 20 mins.

The people that worked there were very nice in kind. They gave me the Royal Caribbean cruise book. The manager at Rio Grande lied right to my face. I hate to be lied to. She knows what I'm talking about. Because of that I'll never renew my AAA again. Very disappointed. I would rather her just say she forgot.
