Front desk staff was kind, polite and efficient. Unfortunately for me I did not get to meet with the tax specialist; despite confirming my appointment time on 2 different occasions and the office appearing completely empty... my waiting time was way over 40 min past my scheduled appointment time. Not sure if it is a matter of luck to be able to receive the prompt and excellent service that is mentioned in all of the 5 star reviews.

My experience of having my taxes done here was excellent quick and efficient, very kind and generous people a very casual setting. They offered refreshments and snacks and overall I was pleased and would recommend anyone to have their taxes done here as It is a kind and casual center and not somewhere. You have to wait in line for hours.

He always goes above and beyond for me and my taxes! 10/10 service every year. I been coming for 9 years and will continue to for the rest of my life. Highly recommend if you want the max refund and service.
