Erb and Young Insurance

When I needed auto and home insurance this year I went to Alex Piesik for help. She has helped me before and I know she is very professional and knowledgeable in auto and home insurance. She provided me information that made me re-think my entire plan. I chose to follow her advice because it made sense. I am so glad I listened to her. With her help I made the right decision for me.

I’ve had a hell of a time the past two years with my mortgage company and insurance issues. The first agent I worked with at Erb and young started off great and then just became unresponsive. Thankfully Theresa Nowaczyk answered the phone one day and took over my matter. She’s been great this entire time. Over communicating with me and advocating for me with the mortgage company. She constantly checks in to give me updates and I just found out this morning all issues have been resolved! Thank you Theresa!

Had them as my insurance agency for 2 years. Never call or emailed me of major changes to my ploicy when Citezens was doing assumption by another insurance companyh adding on cost. ERB and yuoug when asked to find cheaper insurance said they could ot find any better than Citezens. Looked for my self and found better. Need I say more.

Alex was thoughtful and helped us add a new car to our policy so quickly and efficiently. Gian helped us immensely when we got our new home as well. Can’t recommend this agency enough.
