They were recomended by a friend who has insurance through them. Polite staff. Debra was my insurance person. She went over and beyond what any insurance person would do to help me get insurance on my big C5500 truck. Called back when i left a message asap. I also got a quote for my homeowners insurance by Sheila who also went over and beyond. So I've decided to get all my insurance needs through them. Once i get time ill see what else they have to offer. Im happy with this company and its employees.

I had insurance with this company o 10 plus years. All was fine until I had a claim. They sent someone to look at my roof after a hail storm. Everyone in the area got a new roof,NOT ME. Even though I had shingles with a 25 year warranty. Because I am disabled I couldn't check the roof myself. Six years later I had MAJOR HOME DAMAGE because that roof was NOT OKAY. Water was leaking through the walls with no visible sign in the house. When I called a contractor he told me there was 6 inches of water under my house from the hail damage. THEN THEY CANCELED MY INSURANCE AND DID NOT FIX ONE THING. TOOK MY ENTIRE LIFE SAVINGS TO REPAIR. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO LOOK OUT FOR YOU BECAUSE THEY WON'T,WHEN YOU NEED THEM THE MOST.

I love my agent Sheila. She always gets back to me asap with answers to my questions. They offer a wide range of coverages and offer the most competitive price.
