Bryan Fenters - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was a new customer for this agency, my husband and I are new to the surrounding area of Franklin, VA. To sum it up this office failed me, caused me a lapse in coverage from poor communication. I have phone call logs and screenshot of text messages on my end as a customer but hey why does that matter I was just another number.

On Friday afternoon, I entered Bryan Fenters State Farm office with my companion Abby (my dog). Had a few questions & technical support issues with the Drive Safe & Save app. Judy was very kind, helpful & polite answering all my questions. In the meantime, Abby was off investigating the whole office. I was waiting to speak with Brittany about the Drive Safe & Save app, she was currently speaking to a customer on the phone. After speaking with her customer, Judy introduced me to Brittany. Brittany was very kind, polite & knowledgeable. Brittany assisted me with my issues while Bryan Fenters walked in the office & started playing with Abby.
