Manjula Devi is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance industry. She is very professional. She patiently explained to me the pros and cons of each of the coverages I was seeking and helped me pick the right insurance coverage.

Exceptional service! Manju is very experienced and pretty much writes any type of insurance policy. She always has a solution! I have been a happy customer for almost 20 years & referred many friends and families along the way who are all happy with the service Manju & her team has provided. Manjula Devi has been my insurance agent for over 30 years. She has always made sure my family has the best coverage. Her staff is always friendly and professional and available when needed.

They have horrible customer service and zero communication skills. I have been here for years but ever since it was sold Manjula it has been a disaster. They just charged me a crazy amount of money to my debit card without any notice. I have a clean driving record and all of a sudden my monthly went up by $75 and they can’t resolve this for me. Very disappointed with Allstate. Definitely gonna look elsewhere. Please don’t go here.

This is the second time I am posting this review as it looks like the are deleting honest reviews. I have been a customer for a couple years and I chose to cancel policy due to the customer service I received recently. I was misinformed intentionally by Manjula when changing vehicles on my policy. After switching over I was charged higher fees than I had been previously told by her. Very disappointing, since after I tried to discuss this with her she directed me to speak with someone else and not her directly. Looking to avoid the situation.
