I needed 8-year-old documentation about my father's estate for probate court proceedings and Flor was absolutely amazing in helping me get everything that I needed in that moment. I greatly appreciate how accommodating and helpful she was in making sure that I was taken care of, making sure that I didn't hang up the phone until she was sure she had done everything that she could to make sure I had what I needed. She was even willing to continue helping me the next day if she couldn't resolve everything in one day.
