Unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing experience with this company with both claims I have filed. I had a claim 5 years ago for a knee injury that they refused to honor because I had been treated for arthritis of the knee previously The injury I filed for was a meniscal tear, which required surgery. Because I had been treated for arthritis in the past, they deemed it a "pre-existing" condition and refused to honor my claim. I recently had carpal tunnel surgery and was out or work for a month. The amount I received was less than what it should have been and when I called to question it, was told that they deducted premium payments that were due to them. These payments are automatically deducted from my pay as an allotment every two weeks and I could plainly see on THEIR website
