We have commercial general liability and liquor liability insurance policies through Paterno. Their staff is always on top of me to remind me of the various payment dates, inspections, and expiration dates. We have used their firm for many years and have always received amazing service and reasonable prices. I had my commercial general liability and liquor liability insurance policies through them. I have since moved to another agent because of their terrible communication. Examples include getting exorbitant bills ($3K+) due upon receipt and/or already marked past due because of their neglect in forwarding information from the insurers. Also, requests for annual audits from the insurers were never forwarded so I've received default demands saying that if I didn't comply with the audit on X date, I'd lose coverage. The X date was already passed by the time I'd find out. Why they can't be bothered to pick up a phone and contact their client who is spending tens of thousands of dollars on coverage every year is a mystery to me. They don't seem to care about their clients and so I don't recommen
