When I was ok with everything she followed with a way I signed agreeing to what we discussed. That finalized my purchase. Also explained (legally) I had to be the person to cancel policy with my previous insurer. That also went good. My hopes are all companies that are allowed to increase the costs for same items need to legally able to lower costs for customers. My PREVIOUS insurance company was company that could legally raise my premiums but had to get my permission to lower amount I pay for same coverage!!
