Called this company for an auto quote this afternoon. The representative who took my call was unprofessional at best. She answered "Hello" there was no formal greeting stating her name or business affiliation. When I attempted to provide her with additional coverage information, she seemed uninterested. She proceeded to call me back multiple times with additional questions. Still don't have a quote...
