Typically I do not reach this extent of leaving a review because I am typically a patient and understand individual but after 4 years of being a client it’s gotten to the point. Being charged for mistakes on their end from being unorganized and the way they handle is confusing to the customer. 1) I’ll get calls from random numbers on matters of my upcoming payment. I would complete the process with the agent who is speaking to me but for a couple days I’ll continue to receive calls about making payments. Showing me they’re not in communication with themselves. 2) they have made faulty mistakes with filing my insurance policies to the point where I driving around with a suspended license because they did not file my sr22 properly. Which led to being arrested and paying several penalties.

Karina is a life saver!!! I was in a jam due to my insurance not being valid any longer and she hooked me up to a great deal on full coverage! She was very patient and kind and I feel back relieved to driving with valid insurance now lol! Call and ask for Karina❤️

So after 7 years of using this company and getting thrown around every time it's time to renew my policy with different numbers than what I was quoted and rude employees I will no longer be using them. Every time I call, and it doesn't matter the location, they just hang up on me even when I'm trying to just make a simple payment. When I go into the location to make my payment they tell me they cannot accept my payment which does not make sense to me because it is required by law to have insurance so how can they deny me?? I do not recommend this company to anybody.

Kanna, Vanesa, and the rest of the team at the Aurora location were the best. They have the best customer service and made the process of obtaining a bundle policy “easy peasy”. Thank you.
