I used American National for both my home and auto insurance. The agents at this branch are amazing. Every question I had they answer in a very kind and clear way. They helped me find the right policy and advised me on what discounts might be available. They are people who are insuring people and they care very much about their customers.

Phil and Janice are outstanding at what they do. They always help you with a friendly attitude and every single issue I have had, they solved it promptly without much hassle. I would highly recommend them for any kind of insurance. I have had auto, home owners and life insurance with them and I have nothing but good things to say about their business.

Bad experience. They did not tell us the coverage would change when we switched one of our properties from home owner to rental. They actually told us it was the same but when we had to open a claim for a sewer issue, it was denied. Our bad is that we trusted them by signing the new policy without reading all the details. On the phone they wouldn't admit their mistake and made us feel like idiots for not reading the policy. All she could say was "it is industry standard that the sewer is not covered" well...that was exactly the reason for us to stay with them...but like the Romans said, "Verba volant, scripta manent"... At the end of the story, we paid the repairs out of pocket and we went straight to our old insurance.

This office in Cheyenne is one of the best insurance companies I have ever worked with. They are very professional and are always going out of their way to help me. Phil and Janice are very professional very polite and wonderful people. I would highly recommend this office
