We had an excellent experience with Yazmyne today. We went in looking for some quotes for life insurance and ended up changing our vehicle and home insurance (she was able to get us more coverage for a cheaper price) and we will be getting our life insurance with her once we decide which policy we want to go with. She was able to answer our questions and even gave us a lot of good advice and insights on insurance. She was patient and caring and took her time with us to show us many different options. I absolutely recommend Yazmyne!

She handled the change to our policy quickly, made sure we were happy with our coverage, and left us feeling like we had been friends for a long time. State Farm has been such a blessing to us, both the local and national offices. They handled our recent auto claim quickly and took the burden of processing and paying our claim and made sure we were taken care of even though the accident was the other driver’s fault. San Antonio contacted us to ask about the accident before I could even exit the car at the time of the accident. Talk about service! State Farm and Heidi Washburn are the best!
