Don Budd: Allstate Insurance

I was with Allstate for over 30 years. My husband and I received a letter saying that we had earned tenure with Allstate and could never be cancelled, but later we get another letter saying that our insurance is being cancelled. Needless to say we are very dissapointed at the way we were treated.

Kiit is absolutely wonderful to work with. She knows everything there is to know about insurance. She was able to set me up with an excellent home insurance policy for less than half of this year's increased price from foremost insurance. On top of that, she beat GEICO on motorcycle insurance pricing, and matched GEICO on car insurance pricing.

The Don Budd Allstate agency has served me very well, and I have full faith they will continue to. They are always quick and professional, and polite and personable. Great pricing and value on both my home and auto policy. I would recommend this agency to anyone in a heartbeat. Allstate has gone above and beyond in serving me.

I canceled my policy with their office and they still tried to collect on a canceled policy! After they couldn't collect (changed my card info) they sent me to collections! They also said that both policies were cancled at the same time! I switched insurance after being with them for 9 years and them hiking up my rates without notice!

Wonderful service and great explanation of the policy they gave us. They saved the quote they prepared from 6 weeks prior and honored it. We are getting a lot more coverage and saving over half of our old policy with Bristol West (Farmers online) I can't believe I waited so long to make the effort to switch and work with these guys locally.
