When you need any service the agents never call you back, they won't cancel your policies when asked too. They are not helpful in any way. When owned by John Maddrey it was great but now I would never recommend them.
I was going to get car insurance quote and after giving all the information about my vehicle I was told i could only bundle. I needed to insure my home and vehicle. Just frustrating. I do have a home but what happens when someone does not have a home but rents or lives with family members.
I really appreciate the service that I received at Maddrey Insurance. I highly recommend them if you appreciate individual and personal service and insurance plans.
Call them for insurance. Right away told me to call thorpe or roanoke valley. Guess they didnt want my business.
