I have been a member of State Farm Insurance with John Grimes for almost 2 decades. They are always easy to deal with and they have very reasonable prices. I recently have worked with Brittaney when my car was totaled. She made life so much easier for me, willing to work with me anytime - even when I was purchasing a vehicle after their normal hours. I hadn’t purchased a new car in almost 15 years and was really nervous about the process of getting a new one on my policy, but she made everything so simple and super easy. I highly recommend this State Farm office! They take care of their clients!

January 12th, 2026 My name is Debbie and I’m certain that I’m one of the oldest customer of State Farm for nearly 50 years. I’ve shared many great years with Chris Habits and his staff. I had a wonderful experience with Carol assisting me in reviewing my insurance policy this week. I stated I am appreciative of the service I’ve received in the many years but also needed to see if there were saving to decrease the cost. Carol was patient and went over every inch of every policy which helped make my policies more affordable. That made me feel very grateful.
