Alvin was very responsive and helpful. I had insurance for 13 years and never used it. But Oct 10th I had a roofer tell me to have an adjuster look at it. Brian the Adjuster first miss the email from Alvin so I waited two weeks. Then I called for a week without response. Then Brian said he was at meetings. Then he sent a letter and never returned my 3 calls until 11/10 after I received the letter. At that point my questions from a month ago were answered. You think if he had meetings and missed an email he would have made this claim more of a priority. I like Alvin but the truth be told.
Don't!! I have had this insurance for years and the first time I try to file a claim. It was denied for some crazy reason, this is just some rip off insurance!! If you have a choice go some place else!!
Machu Insurance was wonderful in helping me get all of my parent's insurance needs taken care of with me being out of state!!
Great company !! honest and trust worthy. Very Pleasant & knowledgeable .
