I called to start a new policy and Maria was able to give me a quote. After calling around a few other places I quickly found Direct Auto was giving me the best affordable coverage. I called back and Maria was so nice and was able to get my policy going over the phone. The entire process took about 15 minutes and I didn’t even have to leave my home. The customer service Maria provided me was A+. I would not only recommend Direct Auto Taylor location, I would recommend Maria to handle any of my friends or family’s policies. Petra Torres should be the example for anybody working in customer service . She took an extremely stressful situation and guided me and my dad of 80 plus years old through it . I appreciate with all my heart the patience and kindness she showed my dad . Even when she had to repeat herself or wait on hold for us to gather the proper information . She did so and still was not frustrated at all . We need more people like her in the world . Thanks 🙏🏾 again
