Mac Donald & Vaccaro Insurance

I have used Macdonald and Vaccaro for multiple decades for my home, car, and all business insurances. We always found them to have decent service and (we thought) reasonable rates. They don't offer convenient services like DMV runners, but hey, we used them for a long long time and we were happy. So happy that we didn't check out the competitors until... So I purchased a new home and needed insurance. No big deal, I'll just give them a call like always. Well the price was high. And by high I mean "OMG WHAT'S THE PRICE?!?!" high. So I asked around with friends to see if they had another company to check the quote. Cheryl was amazing! She really went above and beyond making sure i had the best policy with the best deal. As a first time car buyer she even looked through my contract and saved me more money. I would recommend her to anyone.

Just because I wanted to keep an accurate accounting of my insurance premium and requested a refund for the "overcharge", this agency decided to cancel my insurance!! Can you believe the nerve?? Something is very wrong with this Agency.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this insurance agency. I would NOT recommend that anyone use them. The owner was so bad that he actually hung up on me and refused to discuss a serious insurance matter.
