AAA Burlington

This location was great - all the staff were really pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I was out much more quickly than I thought. Really convenient to do RMV stuff here, will definitely come again!

The customer service is super helpful. They always find ways to help with all kinds of difficulties. Everyone there in RMV Burlington genuinely wants to help with the problem and process with patience and kindness!

I always have a positive experience here, there is often a short wait or no wait at all. Today was extra quick for us getting international drivers licenses and Wesley was super helpful and very professional. Thankful again for such a good experience!

I give AAA Burlington 5/5 stars!! I came in yesterday because I was in a serious bind. I couldn’t get an RMV appointment and I leave for school early next week and needed to renew my license. AAA didn’t have any online appointments either so I figured after driving around for a couple hours trying to find an RMV that would take me, that I would try one last option an go to AAA. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately and within 2 minutes was taken to speak to a representative. I had the pleasure of speaking with Wesley. I explained my situation and he assured me that they had me covered and would take care of me. I was so incredibly grateful. This AAA office location is absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, they smile, and they treat you like a human being. Also they perform their services quickly and efficiently as possible. Shelby Wilson was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. 👍👍
