M & S Claims Services Inc

Initially M&S was very responsive in the beginning of submitting our insurance claim. Voula came out and assessed interior damage and sent out a roof inspector (Black Lab Construction) to come look at the exterior. This was 2nd week of December. I never once heard from them again. I found out about my partially approved claim by receiving an insurance check in the mail. I contacted M&S today and all they could say is that roof wasn't covered because there was no evidence of storm damage. Very poor communication and experience. I would not use this company and if your insurance company places you with them for a claim, I would request another company.
