I Spoke to Amanda over the phone for a quote on auto insurance, the quotes i received were to out of my price range due to financial difficulties , even though i was not able to get a policy with the company Amanda still emailed me different ideas of different companies that she thought would be more in my price range. It wasnt about the business it was truly about the customer and about how no matter what I got the best insurance possible i would absolutely recommend this company and absolutely recommend Amanda

Recently moved back to RI and was referred to Gaulin Ins by a close friend of the family. I spoke with Chris (owner) who referred me to his office manager Amanda. Amanda was very easy to work with,and made sure she got me the best policy she could. Both Chris and Amanda have followed up with me since to make sure all my expectations were met. 10 stars for Gaulin Ins.

Chris was super helpful and understanding while I was trying to pick an insurance plan. As a young adult doing this for the first time, I was pretty nervous, but he made me feel reassured and confident instead of freaking out. He explained things clearly and helped me find the plan that worked best for me.

I have been a customer for many years with Gaulin Insurance Agency for all my insurance needs. Frustrating that only the ability to give 5 stars. Professional and incredibly helpful with a personal touch!
