I hate to give this place a one star review as they are very nice people but they never called when my title arrived, and they got my registration and title address all wrong and they will not fix their mistake without charging me again. Now I have to fix everything myself with the dmv and pay. This will cost me a lot of time money and a huge inconvenience. Be very careful if you do business with them as their carelessness can cost you greatly!

I paid for a duplicate sticker for my license plate. Although I was told the sticker would be there that afternoon and that they would notify me by phone, no one called. Two days later I called and was told a complete lie. They told me I needed to spend over $100.00 to re-register my car! I went to a different agency and the problem was resolved on the spot for $25.00 service fee. This place is a rip-off.

Excellent 1 on 1 customer service, low rates on auto insurance for my Toyota Avalon and great coverage for home insurance as well. M Marin's staff was easy to work with very polite and accommodating. Will definitely go back there when it's time to renew.
