Love this agency. Got a call from the very helpful Efrain from Team Outreach. Had a nice conversation with him as I set up my Ambetter rewards. He informed me that they will now be known as Catch Health and reminded me that OEP was fast approaching. Going to stick with this agency as they are good as they come and they really care. Honestly I had a really tight schedule and was hesitant to take the call, but truly glad I did.
