After years of having multiple policies with them and thousands of dollars paid on premiums, as soon as we file our first claim, our policy is canceled due to a billing snafu. No phone calls, questions, or concerns from the agency to remedy something that could have easily been taken care of. Just one matter-of-fact phone call to say it’s canceled. Rude, impersonal, and absolutely abhorrent service.

This has been my insurance company for years. They have really good rates & are very helpful! I've shopped around & couldn't find any better rates! They are great people!

We had a flood in our basement and the monthly payments went up $900.00 and they did not even notify us of the change. We had to scroung for the money. They are making us pay off our carpet from the flooding for the next five years!!!! Never in my life have I heard of an insurance agency doing this. The reason you make the insurance payments to begin with is putting money into their business so if customers have an emergency it is handled without an increase! I am very disappointed with their business conduction.

Shout out to Miranda for being the best agent ever! She's gone above and beyond to make sure we have what we need to get everything covered.
