We had an unfortunate accident with our 14yo learning to drive. We needed to make a claim and I decided to try the App. I am not great with technology, but this was an amazing app. From downloading pictures if the scene and vehicle to finding a repair shop to even arranging our rental car 100% on the app!!! Zero issues. Zero. 100% use the app.

Gotta give credit to my go-to person Julie here at State Farm; always been very helpfull in my insurance needs. Wish there were more people like her in this world !!!!!!!!!

I can not say enough about the friendly people who work here. I would like to say a few things about certain individuals, but I won't, out of respect. I don't even have the words to describe how well I have been treated, since I have been with this branch of State Farm. These wonderful people have made us feel like family, because of their kind hearts and compassion. I am not normally a person who gives reviews, but I am just amazed at how helpful and friendly they are. When you start to lose faith in humanity, these people prove that there are still people out there who care. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all that you do.

Body shop was calling me 20 minutes after I called my Agent for an appt. Impressive Repairs were fast and smooth. This being my first claim ever, i would have been lost without the help from my Agent, Lisa. And I got to take my Ford to a Ford dealer. Nice work State Farm
