Everyone in this office is great but, Alyssa Lopez blew me away with her exceptional service and very fast results. If every business had customer service like Lynn Walkers office the world would be a wonderful place.

The staff at Lynn Walkers office has always been beyond stellar. We have bought car insurance with them in the past and when it was time to buy a home went with them for home owners, the competition could not beat the bundled rate. Also whenever I needed quotes or paperwork or any questions, the staff was always friendly and professional and made sure to follow up with me.

We have had multiple policies with Lynn Walker for the last 13 years. I have been disappointed in the past when we had roof damage due to a hail storm but they wouldn’t replace our roof. I had 3 roofers quote and damages were visible from the ground even. Our entire street had their roofs replaced and covered by insurance. Now, I am furious because we are moving and discovering information that was never disclosed by Lynn Walker or his State Farm agents. We are moving to another house that State Farm cannot cover. (Ok, so we will move our home, auto & personal policies to another insurance agency.) What I am angry about and want to educate others on is that every time you call to inquire after a loss (hurricane, storm, slab leak, etc) they will start a claim and you are penalized fo

I have had home and auto insurance with State Farm - Lynn Walker for almost 40 years. Lynn Walker's staff have been at the agency for many years. In all of these years I have never been disappointed with either State Farm or Lynn Walker's agency.

The staff is always been kind and respectful and they always have your back. And make you feel like a part of the family.
